In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "pk355" refers to the online gaming platform operated at pk355.bet, including all subpages, services, games, and betting markets made available therein.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the pk355 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on pk355 through which the Player accesses platform services.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and/or bonus funds held within a Player's pk355 Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or wagering incentives credited to a Player's Account by pk355 under a promotional offer.
• "Real Money Funds" means PKR deposits made by the Player into their pk355 Account using an approved payment method.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be turned over in qualifying bets or game rounds before any derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Platform" means the website, mobile site, and any associated applications operated under the pk355.bet domain.
• "Services" means all sports betting, live casino, slot gaming, and any other gaming products made available through pk355.

By accessing the pk355 platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager or game stake through pk355, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the pk355 Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the pk355 platform and must not attempt to register an Account or place any wager.

These Terms and Conditions are written in English. In the event of any translation being made available for convenience, the English-language version shall prevail in all circumstances.

Access to and use of pk355 is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on a continuous basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be a natural person of at least 21 years of age. pk355 does not permit access to any individual below this age threshold under any circumstances.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gaming activity in your jurisdiction prior to registering on pk355.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of pk355, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or self-excluded from the pk355 Platform or any affiliated gaming platform.
• You must not be accessing the Platform on behalf of any third party.

pk355 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility from any Player at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by pk355 may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending completion of verification.

To access pk355 Services, you must complete the registration process and create a single Account. The following rules govern Account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one pk355 Account. Operating or attempting to operate multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide complete and accurate information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your date of birth, a valid email address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. pk355 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify pk355 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• Account Sharing: Your pk355 Account is strictly personal. You must not allow any other person to access or use your Account. Sharing of Account credentials is prohibited.
• KYC Verification: pk355 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme consistent with international gaming licensing standards. Full verification, including CNIC verification and payment method verification, may be required before withdrawal requests are processed.

All financial transactions on pk355 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: pk355 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
• Minimum Deposit: A minimum deposit amount applies and is displayed in the Cashier section of your pk355 Account at the time of the transaction. Deposits below the stated minimum will not be credited.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests from verified Accounts are processed within the timeframes published in the Cashier section. pk355 targets same-business-day processing for fully verified Accounts, although processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
• Withdrawal to Originating Method: pk355 applies a return-to-source policy whereby withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to payment provider limitations.
• Transaction Limits: Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are published in the Cashier section. pk355 reserves the right to adjust transaction limits for individual Accounts at its reasonable discretion.
• Deposit Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that deposits are made from payment accounts registered in your own name. pk355 will not credit deposits made from third-party payment accounts and reserves the right to return such funds and suspend the associated pk355 Account pending investigation.

pk355 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the general rules set out in this Section and any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered.

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiple, eligible games, minimum odds (where applicable), and expiry period will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. Bonus Funds and derived winnings cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been satisfied.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus Funds that are not used or wagered within the validity period stated in the promotion terms will be automatically removed from the Player's Account without notice.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may hold only one active bonus at a time unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise. Attempting to claim multiple concurrent bonuses may result in bonus cancellation.
• Bonus Abuse: pk355 reserves the right to withhold or cancel bonus funds and any associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting patterns designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, use of multiple Accounts, or collusion with other Players.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players only. pk355 reserves the right to restrict or exclude specific Players from promotions at its discretion, including where a Player has previously been involved in bonus abuse.

The following rules apply to all sports betting and virtual betting activity conducted through pk355:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only accepted and binding once pk355 has confirmed it and issued a bet reference number. pk355 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion without providing a reason.
• Obvious Errors: pk355 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were clearly displayed in error, including manifest pricing errors, technical glitches, or data feed failures. Where a bet is voided under this provision, the stake will be returned to the Player's Account.
• Event Cancellation: If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before completion, bets will be settled in accordance with the sport-specific rules published in the pk355 sportsbook. Generally, bets on events abandoned before the defined completion point will be voided and stakes returned.
• In-Play Betting: In-play (live) betting markets are offered at pk355's discretion. In-play bets accepted before a significant event (e.g., a wicket, goal, or penalty) of which pk355 was unaware at the time of acceptance may be voided at pk355's reasonable discretion.
• Maximum Winnings: Maximum single-bet and aggregate winnings limits apply per sport and per market. These limits are published in the sportsbook and may be updated from time to time. pk355 reserves the right to cap winnings at the stated maximum irrespective of the odds at which a bet was accepted.
• Cricket & PSL: All PSL, international cricket, and domestic cricket matches are subject to the cricket-specific betting rules published in the pk355 sportsbook, including provisions for Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method outcomes and rain-affected matches.

The following rules apply to all casino game and slot activity on the pk355 platform:

• RNG Certification: All non-live casino games and slot titles available on pk355 utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG certifications are maintained through regular independent third-party audits in accordance with pk355's international licensing obligations.
• Live Casino: Live dealer games are streamed in real time from certified studio environments. The rules of each live table game are governed by the specific rules displayed within the game interface. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the round outcome will be determined by the game provider's stated disconnection policy.
• Technical Malfunction: pk355 and its game providers shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience suffered by a Player as a result of a system failure, disconnection, or technical malfunction that interrupts a game session. In such cases, pk355 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and determine the correct outcome based on available records.
• Game Rules: Each game title available on pk355 has its own specific game rules accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before commencing play.
• Minimum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all casino and slot games and are displayed within the game interface prior to play.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk355 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or influence game outcomes.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in any pk355 game or system for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and will be recovered.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players, including sharing information in live betting or live casino games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing bets with knowledge of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any corrupt arrangement affecting the outcome of a sporting event.
• Using a pk355 Account for any purpose other than personal recreational gaming, including using pk355 for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Registering multiple Accounts or using another person's identity to register an Account on pk355.
• Attempting to abuse, circumvent, or systematically exploit bonus and promotional offers in a manner contrary to their intended purpose.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information to pk355 at any point, including during registration, KYC verification, or when contacting support.

All content on the pk355 platform — including but not limited to the pk355 name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, and software — is the property of pk355 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pk355 platform solely for your personal recreational use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any pk355 content without express written permission.
• Use the pk355 name, logo, or brand assets in any manner not expressly authorised by pk355.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform by automated or manual means.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the pk355 platform.

Any unauthorised use of pk355 intellectual property may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property law and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk355's aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or the Player's use of the Platform shall be limited to the amount of Real Money Funds held in the Player's Account at the time the relevant claim arises.

pk355 shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if pk355 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• Any failure or delay in the performance of Services caused by circumstances beyond pk355's reasonable control, including acts of God, telecommunications failures, regulatory action, or internet service disruptions.
• Any loss arising from a Player's reliance on information or data displayed on the Platform that is subsequently found to contain an error.
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to a Player's Account where such access resulted from the Player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude pk355's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

pk355 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing Players with the tools and information needed to keep gaming a safe and enjoyable activity. The following responsible gaming measures are available to all registered pk355 Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Once set, a limit can be reduced immediately but increases to an existing limit are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds over defined time periods to help manage their gaming expenditure.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set reminders that alert them when a defined gaming session duration has elapsed.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may apply for a self-exclusion period of between 30 days and five years. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's Account will be suspended and all marketing communications will cease. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt by pk355 support.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable periodic on-screen reminders displaying their net session result and time elapsed.

Either party may terminate the gaming relationship governed by these Terms at any time, subject to the following provisions:

• Player-Initiated Closure: Players may request closure of their pk355 Account at any time by contacting support. Any Real Money Funds remaining in the Account will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
• pk355-Initiated Closure: pk355 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, including where pk355 has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform. In cases of confirmed Terms breach, pk355 may withhold Account balances pending investigation and legal review.
• Effect of Termination: Upon Account closure, the Player's licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. Any Bonus Funds remaining in the Account at the time of closure are forfeited. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 9, 10, 11, and 14 — shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming licensing standards applicable to the pk355 platform. In the event of any dispute arising between a Player and pk355 in connection with these Terms or the Player's use of the Platform, the following process applies:

• Internal Complaints: Players should first raise any complaint with pk355 player support via the Live Chat function or by emailing [email protected]. pk355 commits to acknowledging all complaints within 24 hours and providing a substantive response within 10 business days.
• Escalation: Where a Player is not satisfied with the outcome of an internal complaint, the matter may be escalated in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures set out by pk355's licensing authority.
• Limitation Period: Any claim or dispute arising in connection with these Terms must be raised within six (6) months of the event giving rise to the claim. pk355 will not consider claims raised outside this period.
